Communication

🏒 Communicating with Team

Team staff are encouraged to maintain regular communication with their team. The Crossbar team chat is the main point of communication between team staff and parents/guardians. Email may be used to share more detailed information.

Team Managers support Coaches by communicating important information about the schedule and events with the team. Coaches can share updates about the content of skills, practices, and games. Coaches and Team Managers should coordinate to determine what information needs to be shared.

Information to share with the team:

Jersey color, game arrival time, or other game related info.
