Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Coed Travel (Mites-Bantam)

Registration fees are non-refundable and tuition refund requests are limited to cases of illness or injury. Please review the terms and conditions in the NYHA Tuition Policy found on the About - Policies page of our website.

In House Program

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Girls Travel Hockey

Once a player is assigned to a team and accepts placement, tuition payments begin and hold a space for the player on that team. For that reason, we strongly encourage families to read and understand the Tuition Policy prior to accepting placement on a team. * The registration payment made at the time of Placement Evaluations is non-refundable. * Tuition refund requests to the NYHA Board of Directors will only be considered for cases of illness or injury that prohibit the player from participating in the sport of ice hockey for the remainder of the current hockey season. No refund will be granted for any reason other than the aforementioned. * The NYHA Board of Directors decision will be final and the refund, if approved, will be subject to the availability of program funds. * Refund requests must be made in writing to the NYHA Treasurer. Upon receiving the request, the NYHA Board will review the details, establish a date of withdrawal, and communicate a decision to the requester in writing. Goalie Clinics

Goalie Clinics are free to any registered Nashoba Youth Hockey player for the 2025-2026 season.

Clinics

By completing this registration process, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following: All clinic registration fees are non-refundable. NYHA is not responsible for cancellations due to rink closures for any reason, including weather or facility issues. Participation in the program does not guarantee specific player outcomes or results. NYHA reserves the right to cancel the program if registration numbers are insufficient, in which case a full refund will be issued. NYHA also reserves the right to cancel individual sessions due to low attendance, and no refunds will be provided for those cancellations.
