Grizzlies Learn to Skate
The Nashoba Grizzlies Learn to Skate Program is designed for children who are looking to learn to skate or to improve their skating skills. No previous skating experience is required.
If your child is a first time skater, you may wish to bring a skating frame, two connected milk crates or a folding chair for balance.

Co-ed program for children aged 4 - 11 years.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Registration with USA Hockey. There is a separate fee for USA Hockey membership for all skaters ages 6 and older.
- Register with Nashoba Youth Hockey (top right of this page).
- Complete payment in full prior to the first session.
EQUIPMENT
The following equipment is required for all participants:
- Hockey helmet with cage
- Elbow pads
- Knee pads
- Skates
- Hockey gloves
- Neck guard

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Registrations fees are considered non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to and are at the discretion of the NYHA Board. More information can be found in our Tuition Policy.
NYHA reserves the right to change session start times and dates as needed due to ice availability.
Weather related cancellations are rare and will occur if the rink closes. Participants will be notified in the event of a cancellation. Makeups for sessions cancelled by NYHA will be offered at the discretion of the board and will be based upon available ice time.
